You have options when it comes to private coaching with Tanya; nutrition only, fitness only, or both nutrition and fitness combined.

Private nutrition coaching includes your customized & periodized meal plan and delicious recipes, plus all the support from Tanya through bi-weekly checkins.

 

Private training coaching with Tanya includes your customized & periodized training program, access to the app with video demos, and full support from Tanya.

 

Or, choose to be ALL IN for your health and weight loss goals, and work with Tanya in a full capacity; with both nutrition and training coaching.

This is when you REALLY see the difference!
